Difference between 0.3.7 and 0.4.

Hello guys.
I'm new here and I think I'll often write here . I'm wondering about start creating my own OTS. Anyway at start I try to check which version of TFS is better for my purpose. I really care about stability and functionality (I want do a lot of custom things). So can someone answer me for question in thread topic. I know 0.4 is still under dev and I must be donator to get it. I looking forward to answers.

0.3.7 was the same as 0.4 when it was April 2, 2012 (when the released 0.3.7).
The only difference is that 0.4 constantly gets updated.

Instead of waiting for 0.3.8, you can just download 0.4 from the private SVN, it will have the same stuff.

I'm not quite sure but i think that the big difference is in the name.

0.3.7 is 0.4

0.4 actually does not exists, it's the 'trunk'.

0.3.7-pre is 9.44 and the trunk (a.k.a. 0.4) is 9.6 now, so it is not the same.
