Dirt 3 problem

k I used one of the keys Nevalopo posted here a while ago to get dirt 3. It worked fine then. Now after I haven't played it for a few weeks when I try to launch dirt 3 it gives me this error: An error was encountered while processing your request: This item is currently unavailable in your region

Anyone know what's wrong and how to fix it?

u really expect to get a free game from some random keys and actually keep it at steam? srs?
