Yeah it does ^^ I would do ANYTHING for money for the right amount.. And i think everyone would too... If the amount is right, I would eat shit and drink piss.
 
A stealth bomber costs $1,500,000,000.

So yes, you need that kind of money to take out a large city with bombs while being undetectable on radar.
