Distribution 8.7 Spyware detected Help!!

Well i want to make a 8.7 server from 0 so i download Mystic Spirit 8.7 in console, and my antivirus detects the exe as a spyware.

Sorry for my question i know that the distros here are safe, but...

Is there any threat in the exe??

Also to run the exe it notice that a weird dll is mising libluajit_mysql.dll where i get it?
