dll file missing

when i start the server it says msvcr110.dll file is missing how can i fix this plzz help me

So both versions are installed on your computer and it still doesn't work?

MSVCR110.dll is the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable dll that is needed for projects built with Visual Studio 2012. You can otherwise download DLL's separate but nothing I recommend though.
