How can I put on swords,wand/rods,bow/arrow - "%" dmg?

Like percent of health? Also you should always post what server version you are using.

Tfs 0.4, Host: Linux 0.4, it should always hit like 4% dmg of HP, doenst matter if you are 20k or 870k "lvl" ^^
