Domain Connection

Hi, I'm finding a new problem with my domain And the problem is that other players can't connect to my page, Here is what i've done.
got domain from no-ip and made a host of it with my IP.. and still a problem to connect it from other pc.
If there something more that i need to do, please tell me that.

Yes i did, 7171, 7172 and 8080.

open port 80 not 8080
