Domain with host

well i bought a domain name with a free host.. where do i need to put the files from gresior to make it work? like the files i put in htdocs. where do i put them for the host?

Connect to your host with some FTP thingy (e.g. total commander) and drop the files there :O

Some host websites got a built-in ftp client, so you can upload files thru the web.

To the main folder... O_O

When you connect there is probably 'nothing', so you put all there.

just upload it to the root folder. some servers its home some servers its public-html some are other things.
