Donated pally and skull amulet

I did my server and everything id okay.
But there is a problem, the skull amulet and the donated pally rune are not working.
So i need their scripts to fix them, so can anyone please tell me where to find these scripts or give them to me.

We have no idea what the skull and pully time are suppose to do, we don't know what server distros you are working with, you didn't give us any info, you should post the scripts for those two items and maybe someone will be able to help you.
