Donating to OTLAND

I would like to ask, how to donate?, i would like to obtain TFS 0.4 which will be complied with War System (emblems), but i can't find donation tab anywhere.

I don't think you must donate to get it.
About the donation, I think you can only get premium status by donating.

Ermm, I have TFS 0.4 Dev r3884 but when i've installed my war system, everything works except "When accepting /war Accept, i get an error in my console", also read on internet that this error means that i'm missing some sources and that they can only be obtained from the donators board on OTland.
