Serious problem
i donated 10 euro for 50 donation points
Then i get my pin code but when i enter it, it says: Error: Incorrect PIN, or it has already been used.

Please help me

It did same to me 2-3month ago on thunderfall. Probably because you weren't logged on your account before ordering. It took a week to get paid back. Just go on DaoPay and send a ticket to the customer service and they will email and arrange everything for you.
