Donation items "Not realized yet." ?

I donated and bought 2 items already and waited for them to show up in the game. I waited, but they never came and when I looked at shop history, it says "Not realized yet." for my 2 last bought items. It says that donating is instant ingame, so I'm a bit confused. Is it only instant points or was it supposed to be instant items also?
 
It should be instant items as well. Do you have space in your backpack or equipment?

Yeah I have space in inventory, I have the backpack of holding.I did have my armor and legs on though. I went to sleep and I still didn't get it. What do I do now?

and umm, I just was curious as to why it wasn't instant? Maybe I did something wrong?
