A place that I strongly recommend is Stone Tomb, behind flame. You can use either bolts or royal spears, even ordinary spears works well. I prefer royal and ordinary spears when it will be cheaper, but it is enough they do not last as long. Here you will meet vamps at its best and up to about level 50, I would stick to the left of the teleport then that's a little easier.

Another hunting place that works really well after level 40 is the Barbarians, the two small spawn works best at this level. Barbarians are a sure win and it is virtually impossible to go negative. This encourages me to run with spears / royal spears when it gets a lot of blocking.

Elfs & Dragons (Shadowthorn, Venore)
Mount Sternum (Thais)
Dwarfs (Kazordoon) Note: They will give you loads of exp & money.
Since you are not prem, there is not many choices..

Go to venore, buy spears from all money you've got. Go to venore rotworms to any small cave and hit rots on full def. You will get level 15 like this and pretty good skill. Rots drop many gold so that will pay for your spears and potions.

Shadowthorn sucks nowadays, full of those annoying firestarters -_- they do u 20 dmg from fire + they shoot u with fire arrows -_-

i tried dc -2 with druid, reached at max 44k/h. hailstorm rod and avalanches does nice but it's hard here.
