Windows DoS/Ping attack.

I've maked alot of thread about that peoples told me a program that should protect about the DoS attack/ping.
But they looks that they dont do anything so i had to do this thread again.

I'm currently getting DoS attack because someone wants my OT, if i dont give he will keep DoS attacking it.

Anyone who know what to do without giving him the ot?

Also he should know that i'll NEVER give out my server to him.

Just go to the police/Internet provider and make an abuse decleration and it will stop within a week.

I think i'll call my ISP and they will protect me against that
