Lua doSetActionID

How do I create an object like
doCreateItem(1341,1,posa)
then something like doSetActionId(1341, posa, 4001)

I want 4001 to be the action id, I just dont know how "doSetActionId" works

If you want to try and help, please give me an example of creating a new object and then setting its action id.
