I reported this post:

the mod response was:
Seek a therapist if you need counseling. It's Christmas and you're still showing malice.

but when I say word "fuck" as a synonym of "work" in a PRIVATE MESSAGE, you have a problem with it
the (translated) message I got a warning for was:
do you really expect someone to fuck (work) for free in 2020?

I demand cancelling that absurd warning that was added to my account.

Hello dear zbizu,
I am sorry to hear that you feel like you've been mistreated. I'm going to bring it up and discuss the matter with the staff.

Happy holidays!

Your message in the afforementioned report:

modeeeeeeee he said f-woooord booohooo get him warning like u did for my private messages justiceeeee!

Perhaps some cane candy could help ease the suffering you're going through these days? I am not entirely sure what children love these times.

Woah, I knew OtLand was hostile but you fam, you won the prize first place.
The mod team really is a clown circus, and me saying that isn't even an exaggeration, as it applies to probably 80% of them after observing for an extended period of time. Feels like they're not being properly handled by the administration either, seeing as how some of these people behave and the moderative decisions they make. The other possibility would be the administration being just as wack as them and they simply follow that lead, but I wouldn't hope so for the good of this forum.

@Don Daniello
If you look at those two responses from staff members I hope you get what I meant previously in priv msg about forum state.

The problem with this community is that some members act like children and expect to be treated like adults and they get pissed off when that doesn't happen. The OP was offered a chance to join the Support team and instead of turning down the role politely, he decided it was a good idea to respond with "do you really expect someone to fuck (work) for free in 2020?"

Now, this is both immature and derogatory towards the other support team members who spend their valuable time to help the community without asking for anything in return. From my point of view, Don Daniello was quite lenient with his response.

Woah, I knew OtLand was hostile but you fam, you won the prize first place.

Thank you. I am greatly honored by your distinction. Have a wonderful holiday season!

Don't you think you know half the story in order to jump to conclusions?

Not a worry, you should write "How to be a Mod 101".

In all seriousness, doesn't matter if I or any other (I know that answer wasn't for me, but still) don't know the "whole story", the way you answered is unbecoming of any kind of authority.
In your own words "derogatory towards the other support team members".

The story is irrelevant to me, your response was unprofessional. And especially with your level of activity, you should make better appearances, when you for once in a blue moon decide to represent the staff team.

You can't be a global moderator and act like this and expect anything other than a negative reaction irregardless of any stories, especially if it appears with zero context for most users. Very unprofessional.

My initial response was actually an inside joke and was as much professional as this kind of report allows me to be:

modeeeeeeee he said f-woooord booohooo get him warning like u did for my private messages justiceeeee!

This is clearly a provocation and the feedback thread is just a way to publicize it. I am not entirely sure what the OP really wants or why he's angry, I take it he's angry because he can't handle the justified warning he was imposed with.

There are no double standards and this is obvious by the fact that someone who was offered a role as Support team was also warned. There's no discrimination. Warnings that are justified will not be removed.

Apparently both of you ignore my second post in this thread which gives an insight on what actually happened with the OP. This is exactly the reason why I avoid posting mostly on feedback threads, because I don't have as much patience as my colleagues/friends have. I am not here to engage in public dialog, I am here to keep the forums clean and enforce rules and this is what I do behind the scene.

If you expect me to engage in a conversation where one party ignores facts and picks whatever serves best to keep the drama going, well, I won't be a part of it.

The bold part on my answer should be enough to answer the OP's inquiries. Thread closed.

As a respond to the report you did @zbizu you can feel free to PM me or another mod / admin with what you wanted regarding this thread.
All I can see is that you are mad that I posted you asked for money to accept the position?

I really can't see the problem here, you were offerd a position to help the community (ST position), insted of (as you said in a prev PM to me) "I would prefer to be active in the TFS development and would rather take a position there"~ you pretty much asked how much OTLand would pay per post posted in the support board?

If you want an answer from the person who gave you the warning you know who to PM, remember that it's still the christmas / new years holiday so don't expect a quick answer, same from me who have been away for 2-3 days.

TLDR;
I fully agree with what @Delirium wrote;

There are no double standards and this is obvious by the fact that someone who was offered a role as Support team was also warned. There's no discrimination. Warnings that are justified will not be removed.
