Downgrade Protocol 1082 to 1040

I intend to open a server with otb items / spr in 1040* due to ObjectBuilder-master tool is limited to 1084. Not to sacrifice the stability of the new version of tfs, I just want to change the items and protocol. How I do it??

you'd better download tfs 1.0 from *here (tfs 1.0 is for 10.41)
and just change min and max client at *definitions.cpp
