Does anyone have it available?

Or any tutorial on how to downgrade?

Not 100% sure about 860 and 855 but you might be able to just change definitions.h and recompile the server.

If you or someone expect a bug free server ... well don't even download the server xD
Tbh no server is 100% bug free, if it was there would be no reason to hire coders and scripters

If you do not know how to configure a server, hire some services that help you compile a server as you want.
