Download php_openssl.dll

Hey, no one seems to be asking this question.
I was on my way on installing stians zaypay script when i saw that i didnt have any php_openssl.dll.

I talked to a guy and he told me that i needed a php_openssl.dll with exact same version.. And then he stoped.
So now im asking you guys. Where can i get a php_openssl.dll for stians zaypay script?
Im using "gesior aac r54", something like that.

But at step 3. extension=php_openssl.dll
I dont got php_openssl.dll
