Yes, try to be creative and make something different because,you have to have logic,If there isnt a server like yours and its cool and unique you will get player and to competition.
 
No thank man,,I dont have any skills I only know Lua(Easy)but Im trying to learn PHP,ASP,CGI etc..so wait till I learn,hhaa.
