And before anyone says anything, yes I have searched on google and in the forums for an answer for this but nothing worked.

So this time I did an own thread about it.

How do I fix this problem?
I've done everything, download xampp, dev-cpp, got an database, all ports are open, got the sources, got the server (tfs, the forgotten server) but still got this problem.
I tried to search for help but nothing helped me.

I've fixed it, downloaded the latest phpAdmin and removed all "drop triggers...".

But now towards one other question,
Does anyone now a ACC webpage through XXAMP, Htdocs, that works with database, the forgottenserver?
