Dude about No-pvp map

Hi,

im thinking about a rookgaard only server, i have a little problem, easy to solve but it can be solved in different ways and i want to hear the voice of mappers and scripters

It should be a non-pvp map in all levels.

Should i mark every tile to non-pvp ? or there is another easiest way to do the same ?

Change to non pvp in console

In the config of the server, there should be pvp enabled, or something.. just change it to non-pvp world, and bam done.
