Dueling Teams Script

I was wondering if anyone could make a script where you can duel your own team? We have two teams on my server, and neither team can attack their teammates, so would it be possible to make a script that allows you to start a duel with your teammate by doing an action and then it stops the duel and doesn't allow you to attack them anymore after they get down past a certain hp?
