Duplicators Part II

the answer to ur question pira is up like 4 posts what he means is he is going to try get rid of all the duped items but to do that he must get rid of all donor items and then give people back the points they spent but red what metal means is he has bought items off other people that have dontated so he wont get the points for those items


what u could do to solve this problem is like for a week b4 u do the update get on and tell everyone ur trading donor items for points so everyone with real donor items gets there points and people with duped donor items get deleted and then u have there ip so u can delete them every time they make a new account (if thats not to much work witch i assume it would be)

but there is a sort of problem, what if its real donors that are duplicating items? if you give them their points back, they will just buy donors, and go right back to duplicating again:huh: correct me if im wrong... it still leaves a problem to wipe the server clean
 
I didn't feel it necessary to work on a solution to duping, because verbal threats have worked all the time in the past.

This time, I do have a REAL solution; It's just a matter of getting rid of the duped items already in the economy, so everybody can play fairly. And will always be able to play fairly.

@Reaper: How would I know that they're dupers if they're trying to trade items?

cant u see if there duped items? so they go to u with there duped items trying to get more points then bam u spot the duped ones and delete the player or question them to where they got the items and such

but wat if they traded another player for the duped item
 
thats where the questioning comes into play if they say they got them from a player and others say they have got them from the same player bam the player they refired 2 is gone but then again that would be a way to get rid of ur enemies would it not? i dont know its just a suggestion
 
I may have a solution that will bring every donation item back into the server, and have all the fake ones gone. We'll see what's possible, but some changes are going to be made!

I hope you catch'em red! It would suck if u did reset the donor items but if it were to happen there is a small upside for the real donors like I.

I will use the points i get refunded to buy a pally set and start a new char P= I always wanted to start a new char but i don't have much rl tibia money and i'm saving rl money for other stuff.
 
Wouldn't it be nice to have a program that automatically detects items that aren't suppose to be on the server and immediately delete that characters file, and ip ban them right after they attempt to dupe items.

Mabey this should go under suggestions :) It would be a good idea for a future update though yah?
