hiho bored so i made a vista layout

Look's good Zooro. But I think some part's could be better, like the banner.
The "vistaFans" its dark on the top, should be more lighten, cuz the light come by the top. Dunno how to explain :S

The edges on the left menu header is abit sharp, becuase I forgot to smooth the edges

The background could of been improved Something that reminds you of vista at least Black just makes it boring somehow... And I think the layout is too flat Else it looks great.
