I can offer different things to your ot. to give you an idea of my experience in each of my skills i made a chart with an explanation of what each skill means and my experience in a range of 1 to 10. i can bring 5 Things to the table : Great Spriting, Moderate Mapping, Newbie LUA, Great Moderating, And Normal Story Writing

Spriting : |||||||||| - 100%
Spriting is the designing of the artwork in game such as the walls, grounds items, etc. in order to have custom sprites (artwork) in your server you must use a custom client.
Mapping : |||||||||| - 40%
Mapping is the positioning of sprites. it is very self explanatory.
LUA : |||||||||| - 40%
Lua combines simple procedural syntax with powerful data description constructs based on associative arrays and extensible semantics. Lua is dynamically typed, runs by interpreting bytecode for a register-based virtual machine, and has automatic memory management with incremental garbage collection, making it ideal for configuration, scripting, and rapid prototyping.
Moderating : |||||||||| - 100%
Moderating includes everything that can be done to make the ot better from a players point of view. by this i mean things like : finding bugs, reporting players using mischivious programs or abusing bugs, and jailing advertisers/rule breakers
Storywriting ||||||||||- 60%
Storywriting is like mapping, also very self explanatory. story writing is writing the story the Server will be based upon

My REASONS for not recommending EZ:
1: I saw him alot in a server ~.~.~.~.~.~, And hes helping job, wasn't nice at all, because hes like offline over 18 hours or others.
Not trusting me?


2: Low amount of being online time.. So that doesn't really makes him recommended.
I know that's not many reasons, but they're enough for not recommending him.

So you are basically guessing that he is Uber Joshua is some server?
That doesn't really make any kind of sense
What i see that Elementz is a cool guy,
And you kinda made me laugh at the recommendation thingy as if it was a sign of humanity to recommend him

I'd recommend elementz.. Sure he may have messed about abit. We all have, but it is normally those staff that interact with the community more anyway. So what if he is uber joshua and was offline. A staff member cannot have a social life? umadbro.

Btw your title "recommended isn't a word" suggests that you give it out with meaning. Yet all i see is you psoting saying "not recommended" or on well known members of this community "recommended".

Fact is if you don't recommend this guy, state it. State why. Forget it. There is no explanation needed if you have a VALID reason.

Tbh most GODS are inactive for more than 18 hours. If he is a member of a serious project i am sure he will be active.

Therefore don't offer him a job if you don't have a serious and good project.
