Windows Elfbot and Bbot crashes OTS based on TFS 0.3.6.3293

Weird thing happens... Many players are using elfbot, but there is one special guy - when he launches elfbot the TFS crashes. I have no idea what to do except ip banning him which is not a good solution. Any suggestions?

Same thing happens with bbot, but only with some users... When they launch bbot/elfbot the server crashes, help please!
