How to enable all mounts and addons to new register player?

Why don't you simply add addons/mounts to your site shop for 0 points? Like most of the 10+ OTS?

TFS 1.0+, Gesior 2015, new SHOP (with admin)

create a login event and iterate through all the mounts ids then add them

add this to login.lua or first items code

local mounts = 100 --Put to number of mounts your server has
     for i = 1, mounts do
          if not player:hasMount(i) then
               player:addMount(i)
          end
     end

Outfits are done a little different. You will have to get all the outfit ids for male and female in separate tables then use the above method to add them depending on their sex.
