Lua Enchanted Weapons are disappearing when charges reach 0

You see a knight axe (Atk:33, Def:21 +1) that has 100 charges left.
When it reaches 0 charges, the item disappear...
How can I fix this?
Using rev.3884 (0.4_SVN).
