hello guys my energy ring stop work from noware what can i do for fix it?

Can you explain better what the problem is? When exactly does it stop giving mana shield? Is it after someone relogs or dies?
Does it give mana shield again if you readd it to your ring slot?

i fixed it thx anyway but i got other problem like when i die lossing all lvls and magic lvls
