Im starting a new ot. The server is a Custom Evolution with donation items.
Vip System etc.
I want it to be PvP-enforced. I do not want the rating to be high, becouse then players will abuse the enforce and the server will be unstable.
So What is a good Enforced Rating? And what Spell speed? Fast-atk or normal
