Linux Enter your city Error. (DDs hosting service)

Hi, im thinking of getting a Linux server on don daniello's hosting site.
And I looked at the prices and the Linux server really fits me better price wise.
But I wonder what RAM i need for my server. It's a kinda small mapp atm (armonia) but i will make it bigger.
And its a highexp map etc.

And question number 2.

Is it worth getting Linux? Or is windows a better option even thought the price difference?

I talked to a few friends and I know what RAM to use. But i cant order the server.

It says "Enter your city" but there's no option in the blanket to write my city.
Only state.
So i can't order...
