Compiling Error 0xc000007B

After compiling and trying to run the server, it shows me this error with the message:
The application was unable to start correctly (0xc00007b)
I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate x64

I am having same issue. I downloaded a server and followed Znotes setup for uniserver etc. it was working at first. but then on last step to log on and make char. said this error. Anyone a real fix? I went and searched so much crap and none of them fixed it.
