Solved error (10061) connection refused

I have a problem with my ot on my computer i can log in and play but when other people try to log into my server they can log into their characters but not into the game. like they see their character list but when they try to enter the game it says connection refused error (10061). what should i do to fix this?

In config.lua you have to put your ip adress

i did i put my global ip address it just wont let them in

Nope, after the character selection!

open ur ports, 7171 7172/ allow the ports in ur firewall, turn off ur antivirus
