Error 11004

For some reason i get

"could not resolve server name error (11004)"

Yes all ports forwarded, i gto 2 servers and testing one of them..
Its on tfs 8.6
.. I am really confused about this error. What does it mean? and how can i fix or get around it?

what so i cant get on tibia because the servers are down ?
