Please read the rules; Rules for the Support board
And edit your thread (ex TFS versions etc)
First of read the error message, do you have a table called schema_info in your database?
If you don't you need to insert that, can't give you the schema since you didn't write your TFS version or see why the error is thrown from the source code.
