Error - Config Manager::Load cannot open config.lua

Could anyone help me to solve this problem, I am trying to run the server and is giving this error:

C:\forgottenserver-master\vc14\x64\Debug>theforgottenserver
The Forgotten Server - Version 1.3
Compiled with Microsoft Visual C++ version 14.0
Compiled on Mar 1 2017 11:38:59 for platform x64

Already tried in various ways that I found and nothing, only giving error

You should move the compiled executable to the main folder (this one):

In your case:
C:\forgottenserver-master\
