Error connecting(still)

hello OTland.

im not sure on where my other topic is (might be deleted o.o)
but right now.

when i login to my server i get an error code

Cannot connect to login server.
Error: Disconnected from server(200002)

im trying to set the ip to know its me

if you need more info ill post.

To login in your own server , if you re the hoster, you must use 127.0.0.1 IP .

yes thats how i set it up but are other people able to get on? this im not sure...

so what if i were to set the config's ip to 127.0.0.1 and when i set the ipchanger to my (web)ip i cant connect(or can i)

in config.lua put the ip u find here What Is My IP Address - Shows Your IP Address
u log in,in this ip> 127.0.0.1
ur friends must log in the ip u found in *whatismyip*
u must have xampp running

i got the server online but when my friend connects it says the game server is offline

connection refused 10061

Do you use Router? maybe you must redirect some ports!

yes i use a router

the game port is 7172 just incase needed

and i noticed when i use the ip changer it only directs to port 7171

idk if that has anything to do with it

also when i change the port my server crashes on startup o.o

anyone know?

You must redirect ports 7171 , 7172 . 80 or 8090 if you use website!

and search for ur router and u will find a tourtial how to open ports

8090 is only if u use additional port for xampp, not needed if u use port 80

If that is a newest Forgotten serv read this it can be helpful but not must.

You're using a router, so use IP given you by a router (for example i have 192.168.1.1 IP of my router, and router is giving me 192.168.1.10 IP) and you should set Static IP for MAC adress of your LAN card (SET it on your router).

So:
1. push Windows + R (windows button is betwean left ctrl and alt)
2. write CMD and push enter.
3. write: ipconfig /all
4. read the IP adress IPv4
5. Use it in Ip changer.
6. In config.lua use external IP (for example: blablabla.no-ip.com if You're using a no-ip client)
