Solved error: connection refused.(10061) when i try to connect my own server

Hello guys, i have a little problem.
I've compiled the server and is working good, my friends can enter at server with my global ip at ipchanger.

The problem is i cant enter on my own server, what ip should i put on ip changer? if i put 127.0.0.1 after char list while is entering at server i get an error "errror: connection refused.(10061)

In your config lua search "ip =" and there put ur domain (Not 127.0.0.1 if you don´t have a domain get a domain from noip.com)

Create a domain at www.noip.com like castielw posted, then add that domain in your config.lua and in hosts as explained in that link.
Then use your domain in your IP Changer. if you have problems post them and how you added it.

I've created a domain ****.no-ip.org and my friends can connect with this domain at ip changer but i still cant enter at server in the computer where is server running.

Pd; solved hosts ins't modified correctly
