hey guys, i have been trying to figure out my problem for a while now but i cant get the server started and i dont know what i have to do with this problem, i have been following this tutorial but it doesnt give me any solutions about the current problem i have :)

If it can't establish a connection, first make sure your running XAMPP (if you use it) or UniServer. If PMA is running properly then make sure in your server config you have the correct database name, user and password.

Nah, you don't need to import anything else to create the database, and to make sure PMA is running properly, can you access your database with all the account info etc? if so then it is.

Bump, i still havent been able to figure out my problem , i have also tried to use xampp now but there the server does start but than an error keeps popping up, 1146 or something :S isn't there any1 around to help me ? :)

If you just going to TEST the maps then u can use xamp if you got trubles with uniserv. not to recomend thou ^^


EDIT: sorry didnt read u already tested it.
