Error in Znote Sub pages

I am trying to fix my website to display a working forum and server information. The server information will not save and when I go to my forum page I get this error

The page or file you requested was not found. If this is your server, make sure you placed it under /home/otsmanager/www/public_html directory.

Anyone have experience with this?

as it says, did you store your AAC into public_html directory ?

I did yes, and everything else is pretty much working.
