Windows ERROR : listen on server socket not possible

Hi, when i'm opening my 8.0 Armonia server i get this kinda error.. I had it open yesterday and i haven't done anything with it since then... Please help!

try restarting the server machine, if it doesnt work, check if you have other programs running that could interfer, and last, check config ip and ports that they are correct (double check your ip at: What's My IP Address? Networking Tools & More)
