Linux Error on final compilation step using TFS 0.4 rev 3777

I'm an intermediate Linux user, but I can't seem to figure out what exactly is going on when I try to compile the TFS 0.4 REV 3777.

The build command has the following error:

Libraries being used:
gcc/g++ version 8.3.0
libboost 1.67

Does anyone have any idea on what exactly is going on?

Did you paste this command

sudo sh build.sh

inside your source files? You should cd to source file location before pasting it.
Can you retry following this

apt-get install autoconf build-essential pkg-config automake libboost-all-dev libgmp3-dev libxml2-dev liblua5.1-0-dev libmysqlclient-dev libssl-dev libsqlite3-dev
cd /3777-master
chmod -R 777 src
cd src
./autogen.sh && ./configure --enable-sqlite --enable-mysql --enable-root-permission --enable-server-diag && ./build.sh

I did that exact same tutorial.
Same exact output, unfortunately.
I did some new tests, and removed the sqlite compilation, I was able to supress one of the errors (they are 2 - databasesqlite.cpp and house.cpp), now the final output is:
