Windows Error On RME

Hello, I Keep Encountering This Error Whenever I Try To Open RME It Say's,

(RME.exe - Entry Point Not Found)

The procedure entry point EncodePointer could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll.

I Have Tried Downloading The File KERNEL32.dll From Google And Putting It In The RME File But Nothing Worked,
Also I Have Tried Re downloading RME. Some Help Would Be Much Appreciate Thank You, Regard's, Shadow.^_^

That's quite unusual. Do you have iconv.dll, libxml2.dll and zlib1.dll in your RME folder?

Yes I Have All Of Them Files I Also Have msvcp90.dll <-- Could This File Possibly Be A Problem?
