Check the libraries, has some missing? Must be a library that is not installed correctly.

In the additional libraries add the directory where that file resides.

It could be that you are trying to compile TFS as 64-bit with 32-bit boost library or the other way around -- the libs must be matching the arch you are compiling TFS for.
