Error to add my server in otservlist

I tried to add my server in otservlist today and did not work. the following error appears:

But I've tested my server is online and running normally. All ips and give funcioram. But do not understand why I can not put in otservlsit.

Already bought coins for promotion and also if I can not put my server how it goes?

I expect a return.
