error Trying to open server sql database

Well I'm trying to open my Tibia Server but i got This Error:

Well this is the Database Lines of my config.lua:

Yeah... Well the thing is what i'm Trying to open my server on my own Computer but with another Web Hosting, undestand? in this case is 3jelly.com the web hosting page.
When i Enter to my admin panel and I Select the Mysql Database i see this:

I Don't have idea the reason of the error, If my website runs perfectly with the database, see:
http://pokemon.whostii.com/

Can one help me please? I'm Very confused
Maybe i can't Open a server with another Hosting of my website? it should run...

yeah, the site works but i can't open my server with that database
