Windows Error unable to load weapons! HELP PLEASE!

I need help fixing my weapons xml file
it says
[15/01/2016 10:44:31] [Warning - BaseEvents::loadFromXml] Cannot open weapons.xml file.
[15/01/2016 10:44:31] Line: 1, Info: Start tag expected, '<' not found


[15/01/2016 10:44:31] > ERROR: Unable to load Weapons!

can someone give me a weapons xml that works? also do i need anything in my weapons lua file? because i have nothing there, thanks!

I got your weapon xml file and put it into mine and now i have 2 warnings

Edit: i also have 2 errors, Lua script doesn't have enough memory and also Unable to load weapons

Obviously I don't think you have a porsche or delorean with the respective models with rear engine's, but you get my drift (car joke bahahaha)

Anyways, re-download your distro and just copy and paste the weapons.xml from there!

also when i go into remeres map editor it says i need MSVCP120.dll how do i get that? cheers
