I would be more interested in getting the content from characters.php, and possibly the URL that you are being redirected to (copy paste from the address bar of your browser).

@Cris - has no way to put the characters.php in this forum, because of the limit of letters! I believe more than him because I've been looking already and always continues ...

In your whoisonline.php, try changing this:
