Error when opening server

any server i download i get an error of some sort saying "this application has failed to start because lua5.1.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem." when i try to open it.

A more specific and recent time this ahas occured is with Eldinworld 4.1

This happens with any server i get tho.

any ideas?

and yes i have tried reinstalling it

Download .dll files and put them into the folder "data"
